The non-typical slowly walked beneath my tree stand I had seen his sign. He was known as The Giant, spotted only at night, turning instinctively nocturnal to avoid hunting pressure. Now at the peak of the rut, he becomes vulnerable in pursuit of does. This was my last chance to harvest the trophy.- The Nocturnal Giant. |
